The InSinkErator F-1000 Replacement Water Filter Cartridge (1-Pack) is designed to keep your water tasting clean by reducing particulates, chlorine taste, and odor. This under-sink water filter is specifically for use with the F-1000S and F-2000S Water Filtration System, which is made for InSinkErator Instant Hot Water Dispensers. The replacement water filter has a sanitary quick-change design to minimize contact with used filter material and features a twist-and-lock design for easy filter swaps. It automatically shuts the water off when the filter cartridge is replaced and is NSF Standard 42 certified for quality assurance.

To upgrade the quality of your water, you can switch to the F-2000 Replacement Water Filter, which reduces chlorine taste and odor, lead, mercury, asbestos, cysts, and other contaminants down to 1/2 micron for cleaner, healthier water. Please note that the InSinkErator F-1000 replacement water filter is not compatible with the InSinkErator SST-FLTR Stainless Steel Tank and Filtration System. In order to maintain optimal performance, InSinkErator recommends replacing your water filter cartridge every 6 months.
